The FACING OURSELVES project was forged in 2016 on the frontlines of the tragic waves of refugees crashing upon the shores of Western Europe. Since then it has grown from an international portrait project to include a diverse collection of initiatives to actively work towards the creation of compassionate, strong and healthy individuals and communities.
